"The use of Artesian Well Water for its patrons
the same kind of water used last summer in Breck-
He said 90 days when he started Block 41 in Breckenridge and did it in 49 days a
record run with which he got the biggest well ever drilled in on the Breckenridge town-
site around 10000 barrels. Mr. Robinson has the same crews with him drillintr South
Bend Midway Oil syndicate 25 acres that drilled block 41 and he savs he is going to
grt a good well. He lias never drilled a. dry one. Midway is now below 500 feet.
.The immediate vicinity of South Bend Midway Oil Syndicate is now the center of
the highest activity and the greatest confidence is held that tremendous production
will be got from the five sands of this Mother Pool. The Pratt well of the Prairie
south of us has practically eliminated any doubt about the great
oil channels merging in this pool from the southwest and the
southeast and entering together in the narrow neck of wonder-
fully prolific country in which South Bend Midway Oil Syndicate
is central from all structure indications and drilling showings.
South Bend Midway Oil Syndicate still has a portion of its
exceedingly low capitalization 75000 to dispose of. Its units
are $10 each. Its property is 25 acres and it has seven-eighths of
the oil. It has no salaried officers and no debts.
There is reasonable possibility of thousands of dollars in l v-
turn for each $10 invested. Burkburnett did that with less of v
sand field than South Bend pool has been demonstrated to be with
its five pay sands. Burkburnett had $1.25 oil to do it on South
Bend oil is $2.00.
We are inviting your investment in South Bend Midway Oil
Syndicate units. Send your check for one or many units and we
will forward you certificate. In the meantime we shall be glad
to send any information you want concerning the property or its
neighborhood.
We believe the opportunity the biggest yet and one that you
cannot afford to let go by without taking care of all of it that you
can handle. South Bend pool you will remember is in formation
an extension of Stephens county across a surveyor's line. There
is nothing of the wild cat about investments there. It isn't Ar-
kansas or Mississippi or Louisiana but the solid sure time-
tried no-dry-hole Stephens-Southern
Young county stuff. IMake checks
payable to South Bend Midway Oil
Syndicate.

SOON OVER THE TOP . SOON OVER THE TOP
This will probably be your last chance to secure Commodore units as the
small block remaining unsold are being rapidly subscribed by Eastern invest-
ors. Any minute now we may be sold out. In the event all units are sub-
scribed when your remittance reaches us your money will be promptly re-
turned. Our advice is to get your order in the mail at once do not take
any chances.
COMMODORE WELL DRILLING AT 2:J00 FEET NEAR GUARANTY
3000 BARREL GUSHER
Near the Guaranty 3000 barrel gusher and the Arkansas 3500 barrel well
the well of the Commodore Oil Syndicate is now down around 2300 feet and
should soon strike the big pay sand which our neighbors have found. Now
is the time to join us so that you will be in position to share in the "clean up."
BIG ACREAGE BIG DIVIDENDS
Commodore has 30 big acres and proposes to drill 3 wells on this tract. Big
acreage means big dividends. Commodore is to receive seven-eighths of all
the oil produced on this big lease r- follows: seven-eighths of net production
from first well to unit holders fore er; seven-eighths net production from
second and third wells after completion goes to unit holders forever includ-
ing value of any excess equipment on the lease there being deducted only
the actual expenses of operation. Do you 'know of any other proposition with
30 big acres that offers you full seven-eighths of all the oil produced?
This is your opportunity grasp it.
THE BANK IS YOUR PAYMASTER YOU ARE PROTECTED
Commodore dividends will be paid direct to you from the pipe line company
through our Trustee Mr. MacK J. Lewis Cashier of the Guaranty State
Bank of Breckenridge. Commodore is organized under the well known
Breckenridge syndicate plan which protects all unit holders.
YOU WILL HAVE TO HURRY
Commodore is practically all subscribed the few units remaining are going
fast. This is probably your last opportunity to secure an interest in the big
30 acre lease and in the well which should soon be pouring the liquid gold into
the pipe line. What do you say? Write your answer in your check book and
get your order in the mail at once . Tomorrow may be too late.
