piration of forty-two days from
the date of this citation, same
being the 23rd day of January,
A. D, 1967, then and there to
answer Plaintiffs Petition fil-
ed in said Court, on the 6th
day of December A. D 1966,
in the cause, numbered 80.513-
B on the docket of said court,
and styled Mama Marie Pres-
son, Plaintiff, vs William Leon
Presson, Defendant.
A brief statement of the na-
ture of this suit is as follows,
LEGAL NOTICE
to-wit:
After alleging jurisdiction,
plaintiff further alleges that
she and defendant were marri-
ed on or about August 5th, A.
D. 1957 and continued to live
together as husband and wife
until on or about May 1st, A.
D 1965, when by reason of
cruel, harsh and tyrannical
treatment on the part of de-
fendant toward this plaintiff
without cause or provocation,
was of such a nature as to
render their further living to-
gether insupportable: that
there were five children born
of said marriage. All of said
children are located in the
State of Kansas and no orders
are asked in regard to said
children.
Plaintiff would further show
to the Court that her maiden
name was Mama Marie Lind-
sey.
Wherefore, plaintiff prays
that defendant be cited to ap-
pear and answer herein, and
that upon trial hereof she have
judgment for divorce, and the
restoration of her maiden name
Mama Marie Linsey and for
such other and further relief,
in law or in equity, to which
