When you’re short on time and dessert belongs on the
menu, it’s remarkably easy to bring a Pudding Cheese Pie
to the table. Whatever your selection of flavors, Jell-O
instant pudding and pie filling combines deliciously in a
mixture with cream cheese and milk. Pie filling mix is the
start of this homemade pie, and you can vary this recipe
with a variety of flavors. Plan ahead by having a packaged
crumb crust on hand, too.
PUDDING CHEESE PIE
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
1 package (4-serving size) lemon, coconut cream,
vanilla, or pineapple cream flavor instant pud-
ding and pie filling
1 baked 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust, cooled
