The Baptist eGneral Convention
of Texas holds its annual session in
Houston thfe week. The Pastors’
Conference, which precedes the con-
vention two days, opens next Tues-
day morning. The program for tho
Conference lasts through kpro days,
* the convention proper begining on
I Tuesday morning.
The Baptist churchy of the stale
are rounding out a great mtesljn
campaign for the past several weeks.
The state mission Work has been
laid out on a ba«i» of >125,000 tor
the year, and a strenuous effort is
being made to keep from reporting a
deficit. The church here took their

ago, which will amount to between
