An extra mail delivery for the busi-
ness section of the city was established
Tuesday by the local postofflee, which
makes three per day. Heretofore there
have been but two deliveries, one in |
the early morning and the other in the

Industrial Arts Tuesday was that'Dr.
Charles Steizle of New York City noted
consulting sociologist and Presbyterian
minister and field secretary for the Fed-
eral Council of the Churches of Christ
in America for the Cons^nation of Hu-
man Life, will preach the baccalaureate
sermon for the college Sunday, May 27,
at 11 a. m.. and that Hon. Henry Ed-
wards of Troup, editor of the Troup
Banner and president of the Texas Press
association, will deliver the commence-
ment address to the 180 graduates of
the college on Wednesday, May 30, at
10 a. nj.
A number of other entertainments
have ’been planned for commencement
week, including an Alumnae reunion,
sacked music hour, class day. president’s
reception to the graduating class, and
conservation day. Tne last namefl day
will be held instead of the social and
exhibition day heretofore held, and the
program will consist of lectures and
demonstrations in the conservaticn of
foods and cookery, textiles and clothing,
poultry and gardening and first aid, all
to be given in the auditorium at from
