Insofar as the f ling of suits is
concerned the business of both the
District and County courts la la-
mentably slow, viewed from an offi-

Court, Clerk Durbin aai.i Wednes-
day, only one suit has been f led
since the February term of the court
completed Its session, not counting
one that was filed the day court
adjourned. In the County court one
new suit was filed Wednesday, T.
