The debaters debated before the
Farmers’ Meeting Thursday night.
The debate proved to be very in-
teresting.
The seniors are planning to pre-
sent another play in the near fu-
ture. The play has not yet been
selected.
Zula Mae spent the week-end in
Nocona with her sister.
Nothing ever happens for the
Seniors so the news is rather short.

Little Alyce Ann Walker returned
to Weatherford last week after sev-
eral weeks’ stay with her grand-
parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Walker,
and her mother, Mrs. Tom Walker.
Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Hill of Wich-
ita Falls were the dinner guests of
his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter
Hill. Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. John Sisk returned
Friday of last week from a visit in
East Texas and Oklahoma. They
visited Mr. Sisk's parents at Point.
Mrs. Tom Walker, who has been
located in Montague, is now living
with Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Walker.
Mrs. Walker’s friends are glad to
have her back in this community
again.

of Walter Hill and family last Fri-
day night.

Several ladies met in a club
meeting at the home of Mrs. Dee
Hanks Monday afternoon with Mrs.
Tom Walker, vocational teacher in
rural rehabilitation department,
presiding. Some plans were made
for work. The club will meet with
Mrs. L. C. Walker on Tuesday, Feb.
17. at 2:00 o’clock. We invite all
neighbors and friends, who are near
enough to come, to be with us. We
have a lesson each afternoon. Come
and bring a nice, new gunny sack
and something to work with—needle,
| thimble, etc. It is our plan to make
I mattresses and do things with our
time spent in these club meetings.
