• John McHepna was arrested by Depu-
ty Sheriff Nick Akin Thursday after-
noon and made bond Jo appear before
Judge C. F. Spencer at Gainesville Fri-
day afternoon at I'JO o’clock to show
cause why he should not be adjudged in
contempt of court in violation of an in-
junction perpetuated in the District
court of Dentop county yp March of
1913.« The injunction was sought by
the T. A P. Railway Company for the
use of a watering hole at Denton creek
south of Denton. Thei railroad ceased
to use the. hole for some time afted
that-and only recently attempted to re-
sume the use of it. ir is stated Mr.
McKenna -then aresisted them entering
the place and laying their pipes the
water hole.
