Mrs. Hayers is completing her

Mrs. Hayers is a long-time
resident of Electra. A graduate of
EHS, she holds a B.A. degree
from Texas Woman’s University
and a Texas teacher’s certificate.
She has been active in many local
civic projects and was honored by
the Chamber of Commerce in 1976
as Woman of the Year and by the
EHS Ex-Students’ Association in
1980 as an outstanding graduate.
She presently serves on the Board
of Directors of the local hospital
auxiliary and is a commissioner of
Electra Housing Authority. She
and her husband, Paul Hayers,
local attorney are the parents of 2
children, Stephanie, a freshman at
EHS, and Christopher a 5th grader *
at Dinsmore Elementary. The I
family belongs to the First United 1
Methodist Church. 1
