Festival with the staging of an inau-
gural Chinese New Year Parade and
a Hong Kong Wheel of Fortune Expo,
an intriguing symposium on Eastern
and Western esoteric arts and pre-
dictive sciences

Helton at a recent club meeting.
Ed Helton recruited five new
members into the Electra Club,
governor Eldcn Dean was on
hand to present Helton with
a gold and diamond lapel pin.
Club president Wendy Flores
remarked, “Ed is a fine person
who has been an asset to our
club and our community. I am
very proud of him.”
Ed Helton is a charter mem-
ber. He has helped with many
recent activities and is very
involved with the community
youth.
