First we look into the
buttery to see if you put
water in it.
Then we use the hy-
drometer which is the
one f»Hahh way of know-
ing the condition of its
charge.
Then, if no special
cause of trouble appears
we put it on the line to
see if it will take a charge.
But if there is plain in-
dication of serious trouble
we open the battery up
and find out exactly
what's what.
Don't trust your bat-
tery to amateurs or
artists in guesswork, who
claim they can tell inside
condition by outside in-
spection.
Come here where 'you
find adequate machinee
and apparatus to realty
inspect, charge and repair
any battery.

There are only three kinds of rubber used in the tread which is the best to he had.
“Fine Hard Para,” “Smoked Sheets” and “First Latex.” This combined with the kind
of fabric used and built up by tire men who know how, makes this a No. I Tire, and
every one sold is positively guaranteed not to "check” or “crack” under the most adverse
road conditions. And these features are best demonstrated by putting a Falls Tire on
with another kind. Then watch the results.
TRY ONE
Let us sell you the first one—Then you’ll buy the other three.

Because No. I is good middling cot ton, and No. 5 is low middling. The
thing applies to Falls Fabric Tires. They are No. I. We won’t say the best, but
the Test, and they have a history (of repeating).
Why shouldn’t they be No. I ? They are made of No. I Sea Island Fabric same
as cord tire fabric—only heavier, weighing 17 1-3 oz. per square yard. In fact so heavy
there are only 23 strands to the inch. Measured in any direction. They have the doub-
ly re-inforced bead, extra wide breaker, and all the features found in cord tires, except
that the fabric itself is interlaced, or cross-woven, instead of appearing as cords.
