On account of a legal complication
the Majestic theater was unable to
show pictured last night a id gave
only one vaudeville act.
Manager Renfro explained to the
ciowd that the moving picture
chine had been removed from
slow under an attachment held in
favor of Mrs. Carter of West Oak
It seems from Mr. Renfro’s
statement that the Majestic had
leased the Carter building on the
west side and that the owner of the
building held a landlord’s lien on
such goods as were contained i i the
Carter building. These goods were
later remov“d to the new Majestic.
The lease pn the building extended
week.
