Historical Commission
(THC), and where
applicable, the Texas
Commission on
Environmental Quality,
and U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers. The
consultant will perform
all work necessary to
provide complete PS&E
and construction phase
services for the project
in accordance with US
DOT’S latest practice,
criteria, specifications,
policies, procedures
and standards. The
environmental
investigations and the
preparation of
environmental
documentation may be
shared between the
project engineering
consultant and the
general administration
service provider. The
construction plan set
shall contain all of the
drawings, layouts,
details, and applicable
standards required to
describe the proposed
work necessary for this
construction project.

on Monday, JULY 1,
2019. Proposals
received after the

not be considered.
