Fair opens Wednesday, October IB, to continue for fouTi. Sj
days, closing Saturday night.

the large grounds in the new city park site represent the |
culmination ot months of effort that has been put forth by
Secretary H. F. Browder and the Fair Committee of th* I
Chamber ot Commerce to make this the biggest and beat
fair in Denton County’s history. I

producers of Denton ('ounty was absolutely essential, for '
without their aid there could be no fair. But this haw h«wn I
secured, and on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morn-
ing will come pouring into Denton the farmers’ and stock- I
men’s best.

the park site, between Bell and Oakland Avenues, to house I
all these offerings that represent the best of thought andJ"
effort on the part of the faun and ranch men and women of "
Denton County. Altho temporary, the structures are com-
modious and the grounds are large enough to permit the
proper display of all exhibits without crowding. There is
the farm products buildings, the women’s department
building, the hogs, cattle and sheep pens, the kennel show
house, and, in fact, structures here and there over the
grounds, to visit and inspect the exhibits in all of which
