be the first to do—to organize a
(county federation of women’s orjani
zations. H£re in Denton where we
have all seen the benefits accruing
from .the City Federation, made up of
the different women’s clubs of the
city, there is an appreciation of the
potency of united effort on the part
of the women, an effort that would be
even more resultful if it represented
all the organized womanhood of the
county. With the women's literary
clubs, farm clubs, neighborhood clubs,
poultry clubs, canning clubs, church
societies. Daughters of the Confed
eracy and parent-teachers clubs, there
are probably several thousand women
