The meeting of the American
Legion Auxiliary Wednesday af-
ternoon had as Its chief business
the election of officers for the
year. The meeting took place at
the home of Mrs. R, L. Bass.
1324 West Oak Street, with nine
members present.
It was decided that a rummage
sale will be held next Saturday
on the market square, and it was
urged that fhe member* of t
auxiliary as well as others

A committee was appointed to
co-operate with the American Ix'g-
lon in. arranging nil appropriate
observance ot Armistice Day. with
