ports In Mexico will open to re-
ceive commerce of the world about
Ncvembcr 1. according to Infor-
mation received at the Mexican
consulate here. The parts are Sa-
lina Cruz and Puerto. Necessary
dredging and other improvements
on the ports for receiving com-
merce have been completed, ac-
cording to the reports, the ports
were decreed free by the gov-
ernent recently.
