Judge Baker decided Tuesday
that he could have the ballots
printed and get them to the
polls by beginning Saturday
morning and he may decide to
withhold the copy from the
printer until that time unless
meantime the injunction is dis-
solved. The copy now has no
candidate for United States
senator and will remain blank
as to that office unless he re-
ceives an order from the court
informing him that the injunc-
tion is dissolved.—Waco Times-
