Demonstration Club met on
Tuesday. September 15, in the
home of Mrs James E. Turner,
with six members present, those
being Mrs J. T Cuwy. Herschal
Gilliam, Rav Moore, Bill Nel-
son, Jim Williams and hostess.
Mrs. Gilliam, president of
the dub. presented the program
on "Poisonous Plant*."
The next program to be pre-
sented to the club, will be
“Snacks Around the Clock” by
County Agent. Mr> Shirley

Approximately ninety de-
scendants and friends of the
Crouch family gatheerd Sunday,
September 13, for the annual
reunion. They enjoyed the fel-
lowship and a good meal in
the private dining room of
Manson's Cafe on Highway 81.
In 1880 three Crouch brothers,
Joe, Walter, and Tom, moved
to this area with their families.
Descendants of Tom Crouch
who were present included
Mrs. Charles Crouch of Burle-
son and her children. W. T.
and James of Arlington and
Robert, Ann Hancock, and Vir-
ginia Turner of Dublin,
their families, and also
Walter Crouch of Crowley and
her sons, Joe and Fred of
Crowley.
