group. They will enjoy a yacht
trip down the Mississippi Rivet-
on Thursday and conclude that
day with a banquet in the fa-
mous French Quarter.
Swimming competition starts
Friday and the finals are held on
Saturday.
A picnic at Lake Ponchatrain
will include the four-day event on
Sunday.
This is the second expense-paid
trip which Miss Foster has earn-
ed through her swimming abili-
ty. She was chosen to compete
last summer in the National Out-
door Swimming Meet in New Jer-
sey and placed there, despite
the fact that she has been en-
gaged in synchronized swimming
a year.
