Be Hostesses For
1955 Splash Days
Galveston’s pretty 16-year-old
Badgett quadruplets—Joyce, Jer-
aldine. Jeanette and Jean—have
teen named hostesses for Splash
Days, April 30-May 1, official
opening of the swim season.
The Badgetts, sophomores at
Ball High School, will be pre-
sented, at the Splash Day con-
test May 1 and 2, and will ride
in the Splash Day parade.
Splanh Day for many years
has been famous for its bathing
beauties, but this year the men
are going to get into the act For
