Mr. Crainer dic'd Saturday in
an Alvin hospital.
He was a native of Bolivar and
moved with his family to Choco- •
late Bayou in 1894. His late father
was the first American toy liorn i
on Galveston Island Mr. Crainer
married in 1896 and moved ais
home to Alvin in 1900. Mrs. Crain-!
er preceded him in death in Nov-
ember, 1939.
Mr. Crainer was a retired stock
farmer.
Survivors ar' three daughters.

Mrs. Louise Clampitt of Jasper
and Mrs. Elsie Lee Clampitt of
Houson; a daughter-in-law, Mrs
