BE IT REMEMBERED That the
Commissioners’ Court of Comanche
County, Texas, met in Regular Commission in San Antonio,
Session on the 13th day of August, September 18^20. AU aye. Motion

FIVE GORMAN RESIDENTS
Fort Worth, where he is listed in
serious condition.
John and MeUssa Tarver were
held overnight at the hospital but
were in stable condition, and CharUe
Tarver and Tom Bynum were
treated and released.
The driver of the vehicle, Phillip
Tarver, 35, did not require
hospitalization.
The accident happened with A.L.
Grice, 72, puUed out of his private
drive and the Tarver vehicle
swerved to miss hitting him. The
Dodge overturned and landed upside
down in the road.

Five Gorman youth were brought
to De leon Hospital Monday
afternoon after a Dodge
Ramcharger in which tliey were
occupants overturned about five
miles east of Gorman on FM8.
Treated following the 1:30 p.m.
accident were Tom Bynum, 13;
Andrew Tarver, 10; Melissa Tarver,
8; John Tarver, 7; and CharUe
Tarver, 4.
Andrew Tarver was thought to
have been thrown from the vehicle
and suffered a crushed hip, broken
leg, and severed artery and was
moved by hehcopter to Cook-Fort
Worth Children’s Medical Center in
