works of devotion and kindness live
on in the hearts and lives of those
whom she blessed by her self sacri-

The Woman’s Missionary Society
met Monday afternoon in a very in-
teresting business meeting, the year
in the Woman’s Work fastly drawing
to a close. Quite a bit of business
was transacted.
Mrs. Nance led the devotional. Her
topic was “The Holy Spirit, A Real-
ity with Us.” Scripture, 1 Cor. 4:16
Rom. 8:11-17. This coming year is
the nineteen hundredth anniversary
of the Pentecostal experience out of
which the church of Christ was bom.
The mystery of the Holy Spirit then
became a reality to one hundred men
and women who had worshippea in
prayer for ten days.
A one-act play “How Much Da You
Know,” given by Mmes. Lightfoot, <■
Rucker and Joiner, showed very
plainly that unless we read our Aux-
iliary magaines, we know veiy little
