The Swisher County Museum hosted a Spring
Fling on Thursday, April 30 held at the Swisher
Memorial Building in Tulia.
Those who attended were in for a real treat. Au-
thor and playwright, Timothy Lewis shared how
his book, ‘Forever Friday’ came to life.
Timothy Lewis has authored more than 20 plays/
musicals. In addition, he teaches a beginning novel

The Tulia ISD Hall of Fame Class of 2015 in-
duction ceremony will be held Monday, May 11,
2015, at 2:30 p.m. in the High School Auditori-
um. The community is encouraged and invited
to attend the presentation. A reception will im-
mediately follow from 3:30 to 5 p.m. The 2015
inductees are Don Campbell, Gorden Gatewood,
and Tori Irbeck Mamell.
