For Thefts Of Paint Sprayer
Tulia Cnmestoppers is offering a reward for anv information in
the theft on November 30 or December 1 of paint spraying equip-
ment from the old train depot on the west end of Broadway St
Stolen were a red Troy-Bill power washer with a Honda motor and
a Gray Co Peerless paint sprayer blue and gray in color
The reward of up to $250 w ill be paid upon the arrest and/or con-
viction of the person or persons responsible for the thefts

chops and cover bowl

casionally for at least 3
hours or all day
6 pork chops (each 3/
4 "to 1" thick)
3 T. butter
3/4 e chicken stock
2T whole grain mus-
tard
l/2c,creme fraiche
1/2 tsp pepper
Sauteed apples
Preparation
Remove pork chops
from brine and blot dry
Melt 2 T butter in large
pan over medium-high
heat Add pork chops
and cook for 3 to 5 min-
utes or until well
browned Flip chops
and cock another 3 to 4
mintue or until well
browned on ’hat side
Layer chops in baking
pan and bake until
barely pink in center,
about 15 to 20 minutes
Meanhwhile, pour re-
maining 3/4 c cider into
hot frying pan, scraping
sides and bottom to dis-
lodge browned bits
Add chicken stock, turn
heat to high and boil
until liquid is reduced to
about a half cup, about
8 to 10 minutes
Remove from heat
and stir in remaining 1
T. butter and the mus-
tard When sauce is no
longer bubbling, stir in
creme fraiche Season
with salt and pepper
Remove pork chops
from oven and spoon a
generous amount over
each chop.
Serve with sauteed
apples
Sauteed Apples
Peel and core 3 large
apples Cut into 1/4 inch
wedges Cook apples
with 2 T butter, 2 T ci-
der vinegar and 1/4 tsp
salt
Cook until apples are
golden, but not mushy
