ANGLETON -Within a month after the compktion of
the magnificent courthousi. for which he worked so hard,
and before two weeks had expired on his second term as
county judge, one of the most active and best loved men
in Brazoria f’mmtv. (). K. Phillips was taken by a death
which struck him in the prime of life and at the height
