Ranch, La Grange, Texas. The ra-
nch is located 9 miles north of
La Grange on Hi-way 77. This
field day should be one of the best

The annual queen contest and
talent find of the Fayette County
Farm Bureau will be held Sat-
urday, August 8, 1964, at the Fair
Pavilion near La Grange was ann-
ounced by the County president
Franklin Brandt.
Cactus Pryor of KTBC Austin
will be the master of ceremonies
for the queen contest and talent
find. County Queen contestants
will also appear on the Cactus
Pryor Show the week before the
contest.
The contest is held to give
recongnition tothe farm and ranch ROTARY CLUB TO
girls in the county. Each contest-
ant will be judged on grace, poise.

To Be Organized
A 4-H Horse Club will be or-
ganized Thursday night, Jun 18,
at the Fair Grounds Rodeo Arena.
Meeting time is 7:30 and if you
have a horse, please bring him.
Membership is open to any one
who has passed his or her ninth
birthday and have not passedtheir
21st birthday before January 1 of
this year.
The club willoffer instructions
on selection, feeding and handling
horses. Also, the club will have
competition on county and state
level in exhibiting horses in Hal-
ter and performance classes.
