with relatives at Arnett, Okla.
Mrs. Frank Young is, driving
a new Chevrolet coach, purchased
at Canadian.
Mr. and Mrs. L. iE. Stith and
family visited relatives at Clin-
ton, Okla., Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. George Dart from
Hamond, Okla., spent the week-
end at the W. A. Leonard 'home.
Robert and Alice Estes motored
to Canyon, Saturday, and returned
the same day, bringing their sis-,
ter, Nan, with them. Nan will re
turn to Canyon Wednesday, where
she is attending school.
Quite a number of Allison's
school chijdren entered in the
track meet held at Canadian, Fri
day and Saturday.
Charley Garner is on the sick
list this week.
Mrs. Weeks is spending a few
days with her daughter, Mrs.
Luther Hill of the M. K. com-
munity.
.The Home-makers Club met last
Tuesday, in the basement of the
Methodist Church. After the pro-
gram was given, refreshments of
cake and coffee were served by
.Mrs. Theo. Trout and Alvada
Levitt.
Miss Ima Haney, who is at-
tending school-at Canyon, visited
Miss Audry Kiker from Saturday
until Wednesday.
Rev. Barcus, the presiding elder
preached at the Methodist Church
Sunday.
Miss Wacel Lunn, from Wichita
Falls, is visiting Mrs. Grace Lee
this week.
Miss Edna Richardson, who
taking a beauty course at Sham-
rock, spent the week-end
home folks.

Legion and Auxiliary held at City
Hall Monday night. All Legion
members and their wives are
urged to attend this convention
