Tools; and I do declare the following to O'
a full, clear, and exact diescritptiol of the
invention, such as will enable others skilled

andIl use the same.
Te I(nllVCIIon relates to at' ov'rsiot faish-
ing tool, and more specifically to an im-
proveel tool for remioviI hitts,m un anerrmer-
15 logs, iottoms O1 hailers, reaimeI-oxxls and
other articles from bored or drilled weils.
One object of this invention is t o provide
an. improved device of this character that is
extremely conenient and eficient in re-
20 moving tools, parts of tools and other arti-
cles from wels. and which can, be ian-
factured at a comparatively low cost.
Other objects ant i lvantages layix he-
come apparent to persons who read the iol-
25 lowing details and descriptions in onec-
tion with the acconlpafnying drawings in
which
Figure 1 is a view partly in vertical se-
tion, the mail elements of the invention be-
30 ing shown in elevation.
Fig. 2 is an enlarged central vertical se-
tional view illustrating the mi elements
of my invention in connection with a well

coflnected from the raising and loweiiiigi
means.
Fig. 3 is a view somewhat simiiir1 to Fig.
1, lbut the main elements of the invention he-
