and new member by statement,
Mrs. Curley Rogers; a total of
five nev( members. Baptismal
services were held Sunday after-
noon at Duncan Creek in the
Jeff Easley pasture. Song serv-
ices for the revival were under
the direction of a local member,
Rev. Ted Patton. In this great
revival there was beautiful sing-
ing, strong gospel messages;
there was repentance; there was
weeping o’er sin; there was sal-
vation manifest, and there was
shouting.
In the closing hours of the
Freewill Baptist revival another
new member was received. Mrs.
Herbon Wilson came i
church by restoration and state-
ment. This made a total of six
new members received during
the meeting. Mrs. Rogers andi
Mrs. Wilson were both former
members of the Missionary Bap-

member at Hassee and Mrs. Wil-
son at Zion Hill.
The Rev. Daniel Catlin of
Howe rd Payne College, Brown-

the evening service: Ernest Eu-
gene Burns, who united with the
church as a candidate for bap-
tism.
