the above entitled suit: Notice
is hereby giyen that P. Brady,
plaintiff, has filed interrogatories
in a certain suit pending in the
district court of Stonewall coun-
ty, Texas, wherein P. Brady is
plaintiff and J. R. Woolsey is de-
fendant, No. 954, to A. L. Rhom-
berg, a witness who resides in
Dubuque county, State of Iowa,
the answers to which will be read
in evidence on the trial of said
