Notice is hereby arisen that an
election will be held in Commis-
sioners precinct No 2. Stonewall!^ ^-commissioners pre.

Stonewall county Texas on the
loth day of August 1905, as ap-
pears in Vol. 2 page 4T0 of the
minutes of said Court, which
said Commissioners pre. No, 2
was on the 10th day of Septem-
ber (1917 declared and ordered
by said ;ourt to be known as
designated as Special Road Dis-
trict No 4 of said county, on
tfae 20 day of October 1917 to
determine whether a required
majority of the legally qualified
property tax paying voters of
that district desire the issuance
of bonds numbered consecutively
from 1 to 30 both inclusive, of
the denomination of $1,200.00
each, aggregating $30,000 00 to
ally beginning on the 10 day of
October 1918 and annually there-
! after until said bonds are paid

vide funds to be expended for
the purpose of constructing and
maintaining graveled or paved
roads and turnpikes, or in aid

to pay the interest on said bonds
