the distribution of food to the
needy.

Texas' Wesleyan College
hosted the second annual Hon-
or Band Festival for high
school musicians from area
cities, including 8 from Burle-
son, on Jan. 26 and J7. Guest
conductor was Donald Huns- ’
berger, conductor of the East
man Wind Ensemble of Mu-
sic, University of Rochseter,
Dr. Hunsberger conducted the
gruop in a public concert on
Friday, Jan. 27 in the Sid 'Ric- •
hardson Center. . Stephen Eh-
rich, professor of music- at
Wesleyan coordinated the Hon-'
or Board Festival. 1
Burleson students participat-

flute; Carolyn Lefan and-'
Lonnie Kinkade, percussion; »
James Vanzura, comet; Jim-
my Miles, trumpet; and. Da-
vid Nichols, euphonium.
