election will be held on the 31st.

School house, in common school
district No 2 of this county to
determine whether a majority
of the legal qualified voters of
that district desire to consolidate
the said district with the Swen-
son Common school district No.
31, thereby forming the Swen-
son consolidated common dis-
trict No. 31 of this county H.
Fletcher has been appointed
presiding officer of said election
and he shall select twe judges
and two clerk* tr assist him in
holding the same, and he shall
within five days after said elec-
tion ha? been held make due re-
turn thereof to the Commission-
ers court of this county as is re-
quired by law for holding a
general election.
AH person* who are legal
qualified voters of this State and
County, and who are resident
qualified voters in said district
shall be entitled to vote at said
election and all qoters that fa-
vor the Consolidation of t he a-
fore mentioned school districts
shall have written or printed on
their ballots the words:
"For the Consolidation "
and those opoosed to such con-
solidation shall have printed or
written on their ballots the.
words:
