We Try to Make
'Customer' mean
■Friend'
Your first visit to our store may be through advertisement
or accident,.
Whether you keep on corning depends entirely on how ful-
ly we live up to our slogan - " ['lease the customer."
It is a bit different attitude from the idea which so often
prevails -- "make the sale,"
We find it more p'easant. and profitable.
Try as we may, we can not have everything that everyone
wants every time. Hut that's no reason for forcing you to
change your mind — though we gladly show you what we
have if you wish it.
Yes, treating people as friends certainly helps a lot toward
making friends of them. And no store can have customers
unless folks feel friendly toward it.
We are receiving fall goods do ly, and we would be pleased
to show you. The chances are great t hat you will find what
you want here.

THOSE NEW FORD'S
Curiosity of a lot of people is
going to be satisfied this week.
Anyway, indications point in
that direction
Ever since announcement of
the improved Ford cars was made
just about every man, woman
and child in town has been on the
alert for a glimpse of the new car.
A few of the touring cars reach-
ed dealers during the last week,
but not near enough of them
were distributed to satisfy the cu-
riosity of the populace. In the
first, place, every dealer experienc-
ed some difficulty in securing cars
some were only able to get one -
and in the second place, after the
dealer got the car he had a hard
time keeping it - someone wanted
to buy it right away.
Several hundred people, how-
ever, have been able to get a peep
at the new Touring Cars and ev-
eryone of them Is firmly convinc-
ed that they sure are attractive
automobiles.
Ford dealers of Aspermont are
expecting the coming week will
bring them all the new body typoe
both opened and closed. If this ;
transpires, it is certain that fell#
dealers show rooms are going to*
be the most popular places in total
for everyone is eager to sec
inspect all the new Fords
