Mrs. Britt Scott of Burleson, Texas, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hood of Detroit, has
recently completed the work for a Masters degree

She Is a 1970 graduate of Clarksville High
School, where she was Salutatorlan of her
graduating class. She is also an honor graduate
of East Texas State University.
Mrs. Scott is matcled to Britt Scott who ie a
Chemist st Alcon Chemical Company of Fort Worth,
Texas. They have three sons, Sean, Jason and
Nicholas who ail attend the Burleson Schools.
Mis. Scott Is currently teaching First Grade
in the Burleson Public Schools.
Little Ashley Rhodes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs,
George Rhodes, was injured Sunday noon as they
got out of their car on returning from church.
She got out on one side and ran behind the car
and ran into the door that her mother had just
opened. She received a cut near her eye arjd was
taken to. the emergency room but was released.

Dallas with Glenda. That evening, Kim Gibson and
Mrs. Graves went to the hospital to see Marie
Shelton and Mrs. Jake Brown, and found them both
better. J.D. Brown of Wimberly and
Alsobrook of Bogata were with their
Mrs. Graves, Glenda and Cotton ate
holidays with James and Jane
Terri, Heather and Kristi Smith
