have again been delayed in the work of
paying the men at Camp Thomas. The
money is here, but until the payrolls are
revised it cannot be handed out Regi-
mental officers are now busily engaged
in straghtening up their lists and all
will be in shape next week.
The signal carps found it impossible to
got away today and will leave tomor-
row morning. The men in this corp*
have been paid up to August I.
The seven regiments included in Gen-
