away on Jan. 1st 1948.
One long year has gone by dear
husband and daddy x
Since you forever left us with
sad and aching hearts. .
It’s awfully hard for us to find
•the words that really arid truly
say, --
Just how much we miss you as
we go from day to day.
It's hard to give a loved one up
but that just has to be.
A broken heart cannot be
mended with tender sympathy.
You’re in orjr thoughts so
often, most all the time it seems;
And each thought’s a* welcome
one for comfort, to us, it brings.
We picture your bright smile,
your gentle, kindly deeds.
The thoughtful words you al-
ways spoke, and the way you
filled our needs.
How well we remember your
greetings, and genial words of
cheer.
Fond memories come thronging
down the pathway of the years.
Your friendly disposition could
warm any heart clear through
Treasured deep within our
hearts are memories dear and
true.
Memories of joys that you gave
linger very sweetly—
For they’re memories of hap-
piness and they fill our hearts
completely.
Sadly missed by his wife and
daughter, Mrs. Annie Zrzavy and
Peggy Lois.
