Church Monday morning.
The town was saddened to
learn of the death of Mrs. Jar-
rett Heater of Dallas. She was
the former Edith Hutson, sla-
ter of Leonard Hutson, of Win-
field. Burial was In the Win-
field Cemetery Saturdsy after-
noon.

Georgia but came to Texas at
an early age. She i* the mother
of 6 children and 8 stepchil-
dren and lived on her farm in
the Gray Rock community un-
til a few years ago. She, not
only was gifted with growing
of productive vegetable gar-

While attaining her B.B.
degree in English and bus-

awards and was named to

Colleges and Universities.

gan at Lon Morris Junior
College in Jacksonville
when her husband was
transferred near there by
Lone Star Steel.
She now teaches Daing-
erfield High School eighth
grade English. The Greg-
orys have two children,
Paul, 13 and Julia, 11.

was not unusual to pass her
farm home in the spring and
see blooming hydrangea of
varied colors almost as high
as her housetop.

I vided the workshop. Well
| over 1,000 teachers have
I utilized this neighboring
I school to improve their
I teaching and gain gradu-
I ate credit. Courses rang-
| ing from elementary edu-
I cation to mathematics
I have been taught.

I and audio visual education
I are offered. East Texas
I State University instruct-
I ors teach the classes which
| are held at the company

Mrs. Gregory is taking
her second workshop
course as she was a stu-
dent in 1967. She is work-
ing on her master's degree
at East Texas State. She
graduated at the top of
her class at East Texas
