Fish Blend: Soften Vi cup
( 1 stick) cold margarine in an
electric mixer. Blend in Vi tea-
spoon pure garlic powder, 1
teaspoon dill weed, 1 teaspoon
lemon juice, Vi teaspoon fresh-
ly ground pepper, and 1 tea-
spoon paprika. Cover and re-
frigerate.

Search for the American
Homemaker of Tomorrow
which is sponsored yearly' by
Genersl Mills. The test was
given on December 8 by every
participating school.
Setactloni will be made at
local and state levels by the
Science Research Associates
of Chicago, Illinois. Ths girl
Rsving the highest score in
Meh school will be eligible for
state competition. Four selec-
tions will bo made In each
state and then each of these
girls will compete for the
AH-Amerlcon Homemaker.
A specially designed Betty
Crocker award will be mndc
to the Homemaker of each
school. A >1.600 scholarship
and an educational tour will
be awarded to each state win-
ner. Her school will be given
s complete set of the Encyclo-
pedia Britannica. A >600 schol-
arship will be given to the sec-
ond winner In each state.
