BANDY TIRE COMPANY
ERVICP
The hundreds of men and boys from
Johnson County who are in the armed
forces fighting the enemy on every
battlefront, deserve the backing of
every citizen in our community. They
gave up hemes, famines and in many
instances, geed jobs, to answer the call
of Uncle Sam when the liberty and
freedom of our country was being
threatened by the dictators cf the Axis
nations.
i
Today we honor and pay tribute to
“Our Men in .Service?’
It is cur sincere wish that soon all
of them shall return victoriously to
their communities where they can live
in security and enjey fully the free-
dom for which they are now so gal-
lantly fighting. And, too, we hope that
the people will not soon forget the
sacrifices these men are now making
by ignoring their needs and wants in
♦
the years to come.
