Hundreds of our men and boys, our own
neighbors, are now in many different branches
[if Uncle Sands fighting forces the world over
fighting for those things we American people
have come to love and enjoy; the Liberty of
our country and the Freedom it gives to ail.
These men and boys have given up their
homes, their families and their jobs to protect
our American way of life. To all of them we
pay tribute and send our best wishes. And,
t oo, ice sincerely hope that an early victory will
come to them and soon they shall safely return
to their homes and families and to their re-
spective places in our community.
