vehicle so that the lower most
portion of the vehicle has less
clearance than the lower most
portion of any rim of any
wheel in contact with the road-
way.
Another measure, which
does not become effective un-
til January 1, 1970, makes an
officer's accident report avai-
lable to the public upon the
payment of a $2 fee.
