Ingredients:
1 lb. puff or unsweetened
pastry dough
1 cup mixed cooked sea food
(shrimps, lobster, crab
legs, halibut, sole)
Y2 cup finely diced mushrooms
Topping:
1 cup plain spinach pur&» ___
1 cup finely sliced mushrooms 1 tbsp, g.-e'ed permeran cheese
% cup whipping cream Salt, freshly ground pepper
’/a teaspoon beurre mani6
Line a tart plate with dough. Pierce bottom of dough with fori;
in many spots. Let stand in refrigerator for hour. In a frypan,
over moderate fire, cook shallots in butter for 1 minute; add dice;,
mushrooms. Mix well, let cook 2 minutes. Mix in sea food, and
let cool off. In a bowl beat well with fo-k eggs, milk and season-
ing. Put frypan contents into "tarto plate" and pour bowl con-
tents over it. Bake in pre heated ovcii (400“) for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile in a saucepan cook mushrooms in cream for 5 min-
