tions and Specialized Agencies.
The functions of all of these agen-
cies will be studied and explained
under the new set-up.
Recomendatlons of the executive
committee and the board of trus-
tees will be brought to the meet-
ing, and the fourteen district presi-
dents will give their objectives to
the board of directors for the next
two years.
Mrs. Carleton extends an invita-
tion to all members of the Texas
Federation interested in the plans
of this administration to come to
Austin, and . she promises that this
will be a mogt informative and
constructive meeting.

The local general chairman will
be Mrs. Alden Davis of Austin with
Mrs. Bob Long serving as co-chair-
man. Presidents of all federated
clubs in Austin will be official hos-
tesses for the meeting. The call
will be mailed in September, and
those who pre-register may pick up
their reservations on Sunday, Oc-
tober 14th, but other regiatratlon
will not begin until 8:30 on Mon-
day morning at the headquarters
building.
