talk entitled “A Declaration
at Georgetown” by Miles
Cortez, the President of the
Matrix Group, an internation-

major cities throughout the

Dr. Copeland is a native of
Mount Vernon and other
places were in Georgetown
for the day’s busy schedule of
events. His many friends in
Mt. Vernon still refer to him
as Bill.
The activities surrounding
the annual Spring Convoca-
tion at Southwestern included
reception in Bishops Memor-
ial Union in honor of the
degree recipients, and a
