Tax Man Sam Sex:
Most of us pay our taxes
through withholding, but if
you are in business for your-
self you have to file an esti-
mated tax by April 15 each
year and pay your tax quar-
terly. If you are one of those
fortunate taxpayers who had
’•windfall'’ income this year,
the good tax folks remind you
that you will need to file an'
estimated tax on the “wind-
fall"' income. If you have al-
ready filed and have made
more than you antic p<<t 'd
you need to amend your esti-
mated tax return for the year
by September 17.
