(1) Duck hunting will be permitted only in areas
designated by the District.
(2) No duck hunting from the shore will be permitted
except from authorized blinds.
(3) Duck blinds will be allowed to be placed on reservoir
and shoreline by permit only.
(4) Duck blinds shall be permitted only at a distance of
not less than six hundred (600) feet from any other
blind.
(5) Only one location shall be allotted per person, and
shall be removed within 21 days after season closes,-
each day after season closes will be a separate
offense.
(6) Boats used in the hunting of ducks shall conform to
the regulations for their particular length and class.
(7) No boating, fishing, or related activities shall be
allowed within six hundred (600) feet of duck blinds
during duck hunting season.
(8) Application for duck blind permits shall be made in
writing to the District, submitting in detail all
information as to type, size, location desired, etc.
Such applications shall be considered on an
individual and merit basis only, and shall be
renewable annually so long as all rules and
regulations are complied with and the fees paid.
(9) A twenty dollar ($20.00) duck blind fee will be
charged, however, ten dollars ($10.00) of same will
be refunded when duck blind Is removed.
(10) These rules are in addition to Federal and State
Laws.
