Mr. Dalby was born in Dalby
Springs, Texas and moved to |
Stonewall County in 1900, He has
ranched all of his life. Mrs, Dalbys
hobby is fancy needlework.
They are members of the First :

ford and Waco, Texas.
The community was also sad-
dened at the recent passing of
Mrs. Kale Hart, a long time resi-
dent here and mother of Mrs.
Carl Hunt of this community.
Mike Baldree and Judy White
attended the District III 4-H
Council meeting in Haskell last
Saturday morning. Judy White
was presented a 1S65 Council At-
tendance Pin at the mee'ing. The
group decided on the Gold S'ai
event for 1966, selected a man art1
woman from this dis'rict to re-
ceive plaques for ass's'ance in 4-H
work, and set a date for planning
district 4-H camp.
Mr. and Mrs. Clovis Henderson
attended a convention in El Paso
last week.
Mrs. Ed Mischer of Abilene
visi'ed relatives here last week
She has gone to Odessa with her
niece and family Mr. and Mrs.
Wesley Tabb where she is plan-
ning to spend a few days.
Mr. and Mrs. Reginald Crab-
tree of Plainview spent the week
end with the R. O. Gibsons Sr.
Mr. and Mrs. Ansel Sawyers
visi'ed her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Ben Worley at Haskell Sunday.
Mr. Worley is a patient at Haskell
Hospital.
CLUB MEETS
The Old Glory Variety Club me'
in the homo of Mrs. A. R. Saw-
yers for an all day quilting and
covered d>sh luncheon. Eight
members were present. Mrs. Tim
Jennings was a guest.
Next meeting will be held on

Mrs. Garrett Spitzer.
